IMPROVING with EFQM!!!

We are willing to improve our organisation. We have a plan for progress and want to share knowledge with others. We have always tried hard to achieve our goals doing our best once and again. We have just applied The EFQM Excellence Model which provides a common framework and language that facilitates the effective sharing of information. It helps involve a significant number of people in the practical implementation of the Model. It is a great learning experience which delivers real benefits. Moreover, EFQM offers different tools to test effectiveness in organisation. The European Quality Prizes are presented to organisations that demonstrate excellence in the management of quality as their fundamental process for continuous improvement. This important quality award is given to education and health care organizations that apply and are judged to be outstanding in seven areas: leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, information and analysis, human resource focus, process management, and business results. Excellent organisations know that customers are their primary reason for being and strive to innovate and create value for them by understanding and anticipating their needs and expectations. They seek, develop and maintain trusting relationships with various partners to ensure mutual success. And this is the aim our school wants to achieve, share and innovate using the EFQM Excellence Model as a common framework.
