TWINKLE, TWINKLE, LITTLE STAR!

If I were in the dark, I could not see which way to go!!!
Trying to get myself away from this very moment of unkind sadness, I found a popular English nursery rhyme which seems to be quite helpful after all. It's obviously worth it, anyway. I must say that I really like it. It's not only because it implies something positive but also because it makes me think of the way ahead when there is trouble. It shows me how grateful it is to find good things in the dark. It is always very pleasant to hear it!!! I hope you like it too!!!

All: Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are!
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky!

Boys: When the blazing sun is set,
Girls: And the grass with dew is wet,
All: Then you show your little light,
Twinkle, twinkle, all the night.


Boys:In the dark blue sky you keep,
And often through my curtains peep,
Girls: For you never shut your eye,
Till the sun is in the sky.

All: Then if I were in the dark.
Boys: I would thank you for your spark;
Girls: I could not see which way to go,
All: If you did not twinkle so.
